25. As an Alaskan Klee Kai caretaker, handler (in the show ring), breeder, and member of several dog clubs and organizations, I am doing my part to maintain the quality of my puppies and the breed as a whole. Alaskan Klee Kai is a relatively new and rare breed which is still being monitored. I would require that you report to me any genetic defects, health problems or temperament problems that may surface during the life of your dog. In turn, I would notify the person(s) recording these issues. I like to hear about the puppies that I’ve placed as they mature and grow older. Perhaps even relay information with others which could include sharing photos, stories, or updates of your dogs activities. This way we can work towards the betterment of the breed.
